Wellbeing support for your employees

Wellbeing support for your employees

Towergate Employee Benefits recognise that building a wellbeing strategy for staff could be potentially time consuming and seemingly complex and so we want to make it quick, easy and free, where possible for you.

  • We issue an annual wellbeing calendar at the start of every year which has a topic of the month plus highlights of other important wellbeing awareness days that you may wish to support.  It is interactive with links to the awareness day websites and can be shared with all your staff.
  • For each wellbeing topic we aim to deliver a wellbeing webinar – which is suitable for all employees.  You can invite them to register completely free of charge and without your involvement.  We will also prepare employer and employee guides on the topic which you can request at no additional cost.  This will further support the awareness and knowledge you are providing as part of your wellbeing strategy.
  • If you feel that there is a specific topic you want to cover with staff – based on absence data, employee feedback, or line manager anecdotal feedback then please ask your usual Towergate Employee Benefit consultant for more information.
  • We can support you in better understanding all aspects of your insurance cover as there are many wellbeing features that you don’t realise can support you and your teams.
  • Consultancy on the topic of employee wellbeing is also available so please ask your usual Towergate Employee Benefit consultant if you want more details about this.
