Take part in our Employee Benefits Live survey – share your views
Are you coming to Employee Benefits Live 2019 in London next week? If so, don’t forget to take part in our online survey for the chance to win a SmartDNA test from Bupa. The survey only takes a minute to complete while the wellbeing test could change your life.
Towergate Health & Protection team members will be on our stand – C33 – and walking around the show, with the easy-to-complete survey on an iPad.
We want to find out your views on employee benefits and how they are working for your business and will be using the results to compile an industry white paper which we will be publishing after the event, so please do have your say.
You can complete the survey anonymously, without giving us any contact details if you prefer. However, if you’d like to take part in our prize draw to win the Bupa SmartDNA test then you will just need to fill in a short contact form after the survey, so we can let you know if you are the winner.
Bupa SmartDNA involves a simple saliva swab which you take yourself at home and send on to Bupa. You will then receive results based on your genetics, which give you a personal insight into how your body is built to eat, move and think.
You will receive a detailed nutrition report, fitness report and wellness report, which will all help you to understand:
- Whether your body is sensitive to certain substances like alcohol, caffeine and carbohydrates
- How your genetics affect the way you respond to different types of exercise, your speed of recovery and likelihood of certain sporting injuries
- Your body’s ability to cope with stress, whether you’re more productive in the morning or at night and how many hours of sleep you need each day
Following the test you get a phone call from a qualified lifestyle coach who will go through the results and help you understand what changes will help you live a longer, healthier and happier life.
