How do I make a claim?


If you require in-patient or day patient surgery or treatment, you need to get pre-authorisation before going ahead. Please contact your local customer service team on the contact number or by submitting the form to the left, five working days prior to your appointment for us to arrange pre-authorisation directly with your chosen medical provider.


If you have received any treatment which you have paid for (from 12/08/2018), please submit your completed claim form, along with your invoice/prescription and proof of payment. Upon receipt of completed information, we will process your claim within five working days.

You can find a claim form on our website under the downloads section using this link: WorldCare Singapore member claim form. Please submit all claims within six months of the date of treatment.

You can also submit your claim via Now Health's mobile phone app. Now Health has kept it simple by using the same format as their current claim forms. Once you make your first claim using the app, any subsequent claims can be submitted even faster, as your basic information will have been saved.

The mobile app is available for Android and iPhones. To download it, click on the Google play or App Store link and follow the process.

You can also now submit a claim through your portfolio area. Please login and click on the ‘My claims’ tab to submit your claim.
