How do I make a claim?

To make a travel insurance claim please call Northcott Global Solutions Ltd (NGS) and they will process your claim.

If you require emergency assistance whilst abroad, please call the Northcott Global Solutions 24 hour helpline on +44 (0)207 183 8910 or email ops@northcottglobalsolutions.com.

Failure to contact NGS and obtain authorisation may prejudice the claim and could mean that some or all of the costs involved may not be paid by the insurers. The assured and the insured person should not attempt to find their own solution and then expect full reimbursement from the underwriters without prior approval having been obtained from NGS Limited.

Please note that any loss or theft MUST be reported to the police within 48 hours of the incident as failure to do so will result in the claim being denied as per the terms and conditions of the policy.
